Perth IX Perth CBD

The Perth IX data centre is located in Perth CBD and has been one of WA only enterprise based carrier-neutral data centre provider for many years. This first class data centre is secured by biometric & security card readers, high resolution digital cameras & bullet proof glass. Environmental security systems include VESDA/FM200 gas fire supression, Liebert Air Conditioners & multi-redundant UPS generators with a 706 KVA backup diesel generator. This facility provides inter-connects with all major Perth carriers, including Amcom, Bright, Telstra and WAIX. The Perth IX facilities allows us to backup data from service providers located in Metro IX, other WA colocation providers as well as the general internet population in Perth.

Metro IX Belmont

Metro IX is Perth's newest and most advanced high density data centre. Floor space was fully leased from launch within only a few months, and occupancy boasts some of the best carriers and telecommunications providers in Australia. This facility is fully manned 24x7x365 and is also monitored by motion activated CCTV cameras. With the latest in APC in-row cooling, this energy efficient, environmentally friendly computer data-centre has N+1 redundancy for all mechanical plant and equipment, including chillers, UPS & generators. A comprehensive user-access security system includes multi-factor authentication with biometric readers and smart cards. Leased capacity and high speed inter-connects in Metro IX allow us to provide backup and data storage services to Perth CBD data centre, as well as other co-locating service providers around Perth. All general internet users in Perth have high speed access to this facility via WAIX or Amcom fibre, which makes it the ideal data centre for disaster recovery and data protection in Western Australia.
